With lessons learned from Re:Mike, we are now working on a strategy to incrementally redevelop sites along the corridor. The selected site is a generic strip mall fronting St. Michael's Blvd.  This case study shows how it could be re-developed over time to create a more dense and urban public space.  Flex public spaces and shipping containers would be utilized to host pop-up businesses  s a bridge to more permanent long term construction.  The end result will be a pedestrian friendly and environmentally conscious St. Michael’s corridor.
