Escarpa at Santa Fe Place is a multi-family apartment building to be located within the existing parking lot at the Santa Fe Place Mall. The building aims to preserve as much parking as possible with the use of ground level parking. Even with the challenges of this site, the building was able to achieve connections to the mall, adjacent developments, and trail networks.
The use of different colors and materials help break up the long facades. The building consists of 3 levels of residential apartments over 1 story parking podium. There are a total of 141 units consisting of 38 studios, 75 1Br/Bath, and 28 2Br/Baths.
