Whoos Donuts

This project involved the renovation of an existing 2,230 sq.ft. retail space.  It was a tenant improvement project, on a limited budget, that converted a former salon into a donut shop. The property is located adjacent to the Chocolate Smith, the same owners decided to open a new donut shop, Whoo's Donuts, using organic and locally sourced ingredients. We worked closely with the client and contractor to create an attractive and functional interior space.  The main focus of the project was the creation of a kitchen area and service area.  The scope of work included:

• Renovation of existing office into a lager office/play area

• Renovation of existing restrooms

• New kitchen area

• New service area

• Reconfiguration of lighting and HVAC systems
